Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities

1. Formulate lesson plans for every new subject 
2. Prepare extra l materials for class and for new subjects 
3. Prepare brief reports  for students every week 
4. Work with filmmaker in editing students' film 
5. Participate  in training courses for professional development 
6. Attend to other class requirement at direction of the supervisor

Requirements

Professional Qualifications:

• College or University Graduate

Professional Skill:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Two years teaching experience
• Ability to work as team
• Excellent English Communication Skills
• Good Computer Skills (Windows, Word, Excel)
• Male or female, from 25 years old
• Passionate about teaching children
• Creative abilities and highly interactive in classroom environment

2. Title: FASTRACKIDS Teacher Assistant
Report To: Program Manager

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Assist in the development of lesson plans for every new subject 
• Assist in the preparation  all materials for class and new subject 
• Assist teacher in class with all activities, exercises and multi media equipment 
• Assist in the documentation for reports on students every week 
• Work with the filmmaker in editing students' film 
• Participate  in training courses for professional development  
• Attend to other class requirement at direction of the supervisor

Professional Qualifications:

• College or University Graduate

Professional Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Two years teaching assistant experience
• Ability to work as team
• Excellent English Communication Skills
• Good Computer Skills (Windows, Word, Excel)

3. Title: English Program Teacher
Report To: Program Manager

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities

1. Formulate lesson plans before class
2. Discuss with teaching assistant appropriate activities & games for class
3. Prepare materials for the lessons including preparation for Parent’s Meeting
4. Teach assigned classes
5. Attend the Parent’s Meeting at the end of every course
6. Attend other requirements at direction of the Program Manager

Requirements

Professional Qualifications: 

• Native English Speaker: Canadian, American, British or Australian
• University Degree
• Preference: TESOL Certificate

Professional Skills:

• Be patient, enthusiastic and interested in working with children
• Be creative, dynamic and have good organizational skills
• Have ability to learn to use new technology
• Preference: Have experience in teaching children

4. Title: English Program Teacher Assistant

1. Work with foreign teacher to prepare lesson plan before class
2. Purchase and prepare all materials before class
3. Attend to student’s wellbeing during the course
4. Write Student Progress Report monthly
5. Report student progress to parents, either directly or by phone
6. Organize the Parent’s Meeting at the conclusion of every course
7. Join in training courses
8. Attend other requirements at the direction of Program Manager

Professional Qualifications: 

• B.A. in English
• Office Computer Skills Certificate (Windows, Word, Excel)

Professional Skills:

Report To: General Manager

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities

1. Attend Training program
2. Organize and manage the music program with international standards for children
3. Manage operation and develop the music program and to expand the enrolment of students
4. Report to BOM on the status and activities of each project (each program)
5. More information will be discussed during the job interview.

Requirements

Professional Qualifications: 

• B.A. in English
• Office Computer Skills Certificate (Windows, Word, Excel)

Professional Skills:

• Have creative talent
• Have warm personality
• Have ability to choreograph simple dances
• Have experience working with young children
• Love singing, dancing and moving to music
• Obtained an official Degree of Music  or recognized Certificate in Piano
• Ability to play a musical instrument (can play piano or keyboard)
• At least 2 years of management experience
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Familiar with Music educational programs in Vietnam
• Excellent in communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Excellent in planning and leadership
• Ability to work independently as well as able to work in a team
• Ability to work under high pressure to meet the goals and to meet deadline with minimal supervision
• Willing to work overtime and/ or at the weekends if required
